Kathleen Caught is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP). She has been involved in the real estate industry since 1981 managing and owning a real estate office and mortgage brokering office in the past. Kathleen specializes in both residential and commercial real estate financing. She has the capability to assist clients throughout Canada.

As a mortgage broker Kathleen is not affiliated with any one bank or institution, therefore, she will shop the market for he best mortgage rates for you.

Kathleen is also an ordained minister and is available to perform your wedding ceremony. She will work with you to create the wedding of your dreams, and can then assist you in purchasing the home of your dreams. This unique dual approach allows you to know Kathleen as more than just a minister OR mortgage broker—though these exciting times, she also strives to become friend, with only your best interests in mind.
