Kathleen Caught is licensed to perform your Wedding through All Seasons Weddings and licensed to obtain your mortgage through Verico Capital mortgages.  As a Mortgage Broker (AMP). She has been involved in the real estate industry since 1981 managing and owning a real estate office and mortgage brokering office in the past. Kathleen specializes in both residential and commercial real estate financing. She has the capability to assist clients throughout Canada.

As a mortgage broker and published author, Kathleen does not work for any lender--she works for you.  She scours the entire mortgage-financing market to find the rate and build the mortgage that meets your specific needs.  In fact, Kathleen has access to more than 70 major financial organizations that specialize in flexible alternatives for borrowers like you.

Kathleen is also an ordained minister and is available to perform your wedding ceremony. She will work with you to create the wedding of your dreams, and can then assist you in purchasing the home of your dreams. This unique dual approach allows you to know Kathleen as more than just a minister OR mortgage broker—though these exciting times, she also strives to become friend, with only your best interests in mind.
